Organize your feedback loops
Really get to know your colleagues.
Encourage open, transparent communication.
Develop systems and space for feedback, critiques, reviews, etc.
Be explicit about what "done" means.
Grow and nurture your internal and external network.

Seek out information systems
When you're remote,
knowledge and information can become scarce,
sort of like a form of currency that can be exchanged.
Discover and learn
- Existing systems
- Histories & Stories
- Taxonimies & Hierarchies
- Precedents
- Shared mental models
Use Wikipedia as a reference, guide, and tool.
(Strongly recommend downloading their app and using the "save" feature for things that interest you.)
Know where to ask internally.
Understand the difference between async and sync.
Create the most valuable meeting notes possible.

Learn common shortcuts,
and create new ones for yourself.
Become a power user of your tools.
Google before asking, but then verify.
